At this time, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. While we cannot cancel your order, we can certainly proceed with a return and refund.
We wish it was possible to easily cancel orders, and we certainly understand any frustration this may cause. Here is why our order cancellation policy is so restrictive:
We’ve learned our customers want to receive their iWALK crutch as soon as possible. To ensure the fastest possible shipping, your order is automatically transmitted directly to the fulfillment center as soon as you place it. Unfortunately, once it transmits to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel it as it immediately starts processing for shipment.
Since we are unable to cancel orders, we will happily authorize a free return if you have tried to cancel your order. You can fill out a return authorization request form on our website here.
Please note – In order to give you a refund, we need to be able to process and identify your return. The facility that shipped your order is not equipped to process returns of any kind. If you either refuse delivery or return to sender, your return will go back to the center that originally shipped it, and because they are incapable of processing it, we will not be able to identify your return.
